Carry out all mechanical repairs assigned by the Forman/supervisor Workshop

Report progress on the assigned task by submitting relevant paper form to Workshop Coordinator for updating Job Card on Oracle System

Accurately identify required spare parts for respective repair work. Lead and train in fault finding, diagnosis of all mechanical components

Ensure safe working practices are maintained during any repair in workshop or onsite

Assist in the training of junior co-worker

repair all types of valve (pneumatic system & hydraulic system).

repair all types of engine and transmission (rebuild) and attending breakdowns. Knowledge on common rail and PLD engines.
