الوصف الوظيفي

Sales –

• Achieving the sales budget for the company in export market
• Identifying the new markets for multi-brand mobile sales
• Negotiating & managing the contracts/agreement with international importers/distributors in different export markets
• Recommend appropriate policies regarding pricing, promotion, product and market evaluations and business plan

Sourcing –

• Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them
• Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with the suppliers
• Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns
• Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes

Inventory/Logistics Management

• Implementing inventory optimization strategies as per company guidelines
• Managing all logistics activities according to the business needs and keep cost components at minimum level

Customer/Supplier Management

• Maintain and update the customer/supplier database

Finding alternate customers/suppliers if the existing ones are unable to meet the desired results

Other tasks

• Working closely with Oman management team to ensure that the overall budgets of export operation is met.
• Working with legal counsel to ensure that all contracts relating to product export/procurement contain all details of the negotiation
• Providing solutions to improve company spending and outsourcing
• Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions

Able to develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance business strategies

المهارات

• Required – Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
• Strong Analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• A thorough understanding of export business methodologies
• Strong negotiation skills
• Sound time-management and Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Minimum 15 years of experience in managing the export sales/sourcing based in UAE
