Overview of the role:
To look after all the sales activities, directing the sales team and providing leadership towards the achievement of goals in line with company vision and values.
Job Description
- The position leads the entire sales process from client inquiries through client’s payment collection phases.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability and take corrective action where necessary
- Provide sales support, evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition, and identify new market and customer opportunities.
- Review and analyze daily achievement report for sales team to ensure achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Follow up all outstanding invoices which are unpaid from all customers to ensure achieving collection targets on time.
- Develop and maintain periodic reports on the status of all sales team, ensure activating new customers, and maintaining current ones to increase sales volume & market share.
- Provide input on advertising and promotion materials. Recommend pricing programs to remain competitive.

Job Requirements
- Bi-lingual (English plus Arabic) speaker is a must.
- Bachelor or higher in the field of engineering, marketing and business management.
- A Minimum of 7 years’ senior/managerial experience in retail and sales management particularly in the MEP field.
- Preferably with a minimum of 5 years of senior/managerial experience with trading or contracting companies in Qatar.
- With strong ties in the field of MEP
- Results-driven, persistent – able to self-direct and work independently showing initiative, while seeking guidance when appropriate.
- Analyzing sales staffs performances.
- Coaching/Training Employees.
