الوصف الوظيفي
- Supervise sub-contractor for industrial projects and provide quality assurance that completed.
- Prepare scope of work for contractor and CPS (Critical path schedule).
- Responsible for prepare technical mechanical disciplines (HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing).
- Review & analyses R.F.Q documents (drawings, specifications, B.O.Q,).
- Estimate project’s cost and pricing in terms of dry cost, labor cost; …. etc.
- Perform quantity take-off and estimate on the various stages of the project.

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years of Experience – Background in industrial FMCG is a must .
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work on multiple projects/deadlines.
