- Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating the work of other team members including Facility and Maintenance Manager, Business Development Manager, Property and Leasing Executive.
- Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or their area of responsibility.
- Achieving the organization's overall strategic goals and profitability requirements as determined by the strategic plans and yearly budget.
- Planning, directing, supervising and controlling the execution of all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the projects.
- Devise and execute action plans to rectify potential cost or schedule delays.
- Establishing regular meetings with concerns to review Projects status and formulate action items.
- Providing detailed progress report on all projects to Managing Director.
- Weekly visit to all the sites to get the stakeholders feedback regarding the services provided and concerns to be addressed on immediate base.
- Continuously scan the market, identify potential business opportunities.
- Oversee and ensure timely renewal of property management agreements and timely payments.
- Manage all property management related works, prepare strategic plans, feasibility study, new leasing plans and management, location survey.
- Develop and implement FM and soft service (housekeeping) road map for different potential sectors for business.
- Manage & supervise liaising with Government Authorities, such as Police, Civil Defence, etc. for all property, soft services and FM related activities.
- Manage and ensure necessary documents such as Commercial License & Certificates are in place for the effective operation.
- Escalate non-compliances to the management for their attention.
- Ensure continual growth in line with current market trend.
- Manage and plan preventive maintenance plan for the facilities to keep the operation running smoothly.
- Draft the future expansion plans for facility management, soft services and property management.
- Manage and source the suppliers to reduce the material and operation cost at site.
- Performing other responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director.

- Must have extensive understanding and application of Property and Facilities Management principles, concepts, practices and standards
- Must have proven experience in managing both hard and soft services across multiple sites
- Experience of people management supported by a proven track record in skills associated with managing change
- Experience of accurately managing budget
- Must be able to work on highly complex problems in a variety of situations where analysis is required. Solve problems using considerable and rational judgement, leading to routine and specific recommendations
- Must be a team player with sufficient experience of involvement with Senior Management
- Proficient at collecting, analysing and understanding data. Use of techniques and methods to present data in a format that allows good management decision making Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Effective communicator; experienced and proficient at presenting to various groups of people
