الوصف الوظيفي

• Lead the technical delivery of façade engineering services on single- and multidisciplinary projects
• Working independently in surveying, inspection and report-writing activities
• Create written, drawn and graphical outputs to an exemplary standard
• Participate in internal technical networks and promote façade engineering issues to the wider building design community
• Developing complex analysis models and preparing calculations with high precision and accuracy
• Carrying out design engineering for façade, steel, and RC structures
• Producing technical reports and developing concepts that add value to a project
• Providing advice to glazing contractors regarding facade detailing and performance

المهارات

• Bachelor’s degree in Architect or qualified architect status is preferred.
• Be a member or associate member of the Society of Façade Engineering or be ready to apply for membership.
• At least 5 years’ aggregate experience in the design and detailing of facades, or projects in which façade delivery has been a major factor
• Be a technically capable designer, with established skills and delivery capability
• Use computer-assisted façade engineering and design software’s
