Estimantion Engineer

1. Main Responsibilities:

· Fully Study and understand Tender documents and Preparing work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, & other related documents, raising necessary tender clarifications and keep close coordination with clients to finalize the actual scope of work.

· Preparation of Activity completion certificates for service entries and getting approval from PM as well as contract holder / client.

· Send enquiries to the supplier & get the quotation as per the specification, preparing price comparison sheet and review the same

· Preparation of BOQ, Compare the quantities & generate quantity discrepancy report with respect to Bill of quantities provided by the consultant and pricing accordingly.

· Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

· Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.

· Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.

· Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.

· Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.

· Cost controlling the project to avoid cost overrun.

· Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

· Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.

· Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

Should hold a Bachelor’s degree. With4+ years experience in Fit out projects
