الوصف الوظيفي
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the current and long-term budgetary planning of the company.
- Developing financial models for new and current business initiatives and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Presenting financial results to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis and producing the monthly financial reporting pack for shareholders and senior management.
- Overall responsibility for treasury and liquidity management.
- Manage revenue streams (Cash flow and liquidity) to meet on-time payments and mitigate the risk of liquidity.
- Development and enhancement of finance policies and procedures including for the virtual asset operations.
- Responsible for overall planning and implementation of the company’s risk management framework in conjunction with the Compliance and Risk Committee.
- Lead to the development and refinement of the company's financial strategy, margin maintenance strategy, and expense control strategy ensure that operations plans are developed and implemented in line with the vision, mission and corporate objectives.
- Manage the processes of Tax and Zakat calculations, documentation, and payments, in order to ensure compliance to government regulations, policies and procedures.
المهارات
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting or any related field to finance.
- Masters is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in same field.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
