Overview of the role:

  • To provide support to the Buying team in Stock control, Bank Auto loan early Settlement, Vehicle name transfer in Traffic dept, managing drivers, Generating Reports for CPOV, Appraisal and Purchase.

What you will do:

  • Daily stock checking in showroom and workshop for the trade and retail cars shifting.
  • Managing drivers to shift the vehicles from All Branches in Abu Dhabi including Traffic department to Automall Showroom.
  • Managing and coordinating with other coordinators from other Emirates for de-registering.
  • Verify all the vehicle accessories (2nd sets) and sending to admin dept
  • Adding LPO cost for Passing, Export & transfer after the bills verification and checking with Accountant IOU bills on daily
  • Generate the Purchase report for whole team

4.- Proficient in Microsoft Office

What equips you for the role:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience in Coordinator role in any sector
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in English
  • Experience with running reports
