Business Structuring Associate

الوصف الوظيفي

  • Be able to work on a portfolio of different assignments efficiently at one time
  • Work in engagement teams and support management and senior team members on a range of matters
  • Prepare analysis as required to be delivered to clients and other parties
  • Assist in the preparation of initial and ongoing progress reports, investigation reports for key stakeholders
  • Dealing with control and custody of company records and archiving
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance matters and comply with standard statutory procedures on all cases
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Visiting banks/ Free zone authorities
  • Assist Management in daily operations
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including internal & external office correspondence.
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.

المهارات

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business or accounting qualification
  • Pursuing ACA, ACCA
  • Comfortable in a client facing role
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Must be able to present a professional image to the firm's clients
  • The ability to produce accurate, clear, structured, well presented and concise written work with good spelling and a sound understanding of grammar
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • The ability to work under high pressure and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently in the absence of direct supervision.
