Manage incoming leads and conduct meetings in person and online with potential clients to fully understand their business needs and present the appropriate setup/expansion plan.
Identify new business opportunities – including new clients, markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
Present tailored recommendations to leads based on their business activities, requirements and market opportunities.
Assess and prepare all required documentation for the business setup process.
Manage client portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote referrals.
Maintain the CRM and all internal systems updated.
Be aware of changes to government policies, regulations, processes, etc., and anything that may affect the efficiency of the setup process
Apply client knowledge and opportunity management to craft high impact solutions for clients
Liaise with the client to keep them informed of the status and progress of their application, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish
Up-sell to deliver added value to the client and cross-sell to promote products and services
Attend networking events to promote our services
Manage partner relationships to ensure client satisfaction
Prepare and present monthly sales reports
Share insights with the marketing team to improve performance and enhance the lead quality
Devise strategies and propose promotions and initiatives to drive the sales process.
