الوصف الوظيفي
Position Purpose (Scope):
The Account Manager main purpose is to create & maintain long-term, trusting relationships with customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients. He/she is also responsible for connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. In addition, He/she will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Experience and Business Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience
Tasks, duties and responsibilities (TDR):
- Operates as the point of contact for assigned clients/accounts.
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients.
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Manage account(s) within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Identifies and capture opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
- Coordinates with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service. 8. Keep records of client transactions.
- Represent client's interests by effectively identifying and communicating business goals and objectives, contractual and non-contractual expectations, deliverables, and other factors to internal team members.
- Scheduling and organizing client account calls, meetings, presentations and delivery of related materials and reports.
- Utilize analytics and other relevant data to identify key performance indicators, make data driven decisions to drive business recommendations and to communicate client’s return on investment.
- Identifying and presenting opportunities for growth in the client relationship to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and optimize resources required for the account(s).
- Report to the chief operations Officer on account(s) status, sales figures and suggest improvements.

المهارات
Knowledge, skills & abilities (KSA):
- BSc in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing or other equivalent studies
- 5-7years of proven experience in account management, with previous experience in project management
- Superb communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage oversee and multiple tasks and activities.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage several project.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-motivated individual
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Strong and effective leadership capabilities
- Customer oriented mindset
- Analytical skills
- Understanding or accredited certification in quality standards is a plus.
