الوصف الوظيفي
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Improve financial effectiveness and operational efficiency by informing and advising top level management of current trends, issues, and activities in healthcare to facilitate their decision-making.
- Maintain and administer policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, safety protocols, and environmental control standards.
- Attend and contribute to high-level meetings with top level management, patients, and families to coordinate schedules, and organize workloads, equipment, and available space.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and rules of accrediting bodies by monitoring operations and initiating changes where necessary
- Ensures that the documentation required for reimbursement of care is completed in a timely basis an in compliance with KSA regulations.
- Evaluate the budget and create reports with recommendations to cut cost.
- Provides adequate opportunity and ensures that all staff meet in-service requirements.
- Assist in supervision of all clinical activities and staffs.
- Oversee the organization of all patient records.
- Offer recommendations to decision-makers on ways to improve the efficiency of the office.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to identify their issues and needs.
- Ensure all departments comply with the current healthcare laws and regulations.
- Participates in CQI&PS System Control Activities, Staff Development, Environmental Safety Awareness and Fire and Safety Practices, Disaster, CPR and Infection Control.
- Performs other applicable task and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
