• ICM Script.
• Enterprise chat and email (ECE) installation and configuration.
• Cisco unified call manger (CUCM).
• Development and maintenance of cisco contact center (UCCE) and IP telephony.
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of UCCE, CVP, CUCM and voice gateway.
• Administration and troubleshooting and support at contact center enterprise
• Cisco contact center project including the call center work flow.
• Create and troubleshoot ICM script.
• Call Studio Scripts and integrate with ICM Script.
