National_Store Development Manager Egypt
ROLE PURPOSE:
This Job contributes to Al Futtaim Retail success by managing various Retail Store Development functions across New Store & Refurbishment Projects / Facilities Management Services / Health Safety & Security / Brand Operational Procurement Elements, all according to a set of defined KPI’s including Quality/ Time/ Cost. • Participate and Contribute effectively as a Senior Level Manager within the Egypt Country Team to reach Divisional goals set for Egypt • Managing a team of various skilled resources to deliver at optimum quality and to international standard across the various functions, thereby providing the Al Futtaim Retail Customer in Egypt with an enticing shopping experience, whilst generating revenue for the Al Futtaim Company.
KEY ROLE SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Administratively Manage the day to day functional activities of the Project Managers / Project Administrators / FM Supervisors & / Office Administrators
2. Manage Relationships with Internal Al Futtaim Group Divisions i.e. Executive Management / AFE / Facilities Management / Retail Design / Spend Management / Brand General Management / Landlord Representatives / Mall Management / 3rd Party Consultants / Contractors / Suppliers / Manufacturers and other Service Providers
3. Manage Annual Performance Discussions of Direct Reports
4. Contribute to the annual Budgeting Process on Manpower & CAPEX Investment
5. Manage all Risks with regards to the Al Futtaim Group Asset Investment
Projects:
1. Ensure all Projects are delivered to market standard set of KPI’s including Timeline / Cost / Quality
2. Chair Weekly Implementation Meetings with the Store Design Team and Project Implementation Team
3. Provide a weekly Status Reporting on all Projects
4. Attend Project Site Meetings on a regular basis in conjunction with the Implementation Managers
5. Manage and resolve all related site issues and challenges to achieve KPI’s
6. Coordinate with the Facilities Management Manager on Health / Security and Site Safety
7. Monitor allocated CAPEX Spend by Project and Obtain additional approvals on all Overspends as per the Group Delegation of Authority
8. Manage all Risks with regards to the Al Futtaim Group Asset Investment
Procurement
1. Support the RSD Team on initiatives with regards to Local Production and Sourcing of Materials / Equipment / Services
2. Provide support on Quality Control and Production Processes of Local Produced Equipment / Materails

المهارات
PERSON SPECIFIC
Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, PMP or similar Project Management Certification / Facilities Management / Property Management. Ability to read CAD Drawings and other Technical drawings, Certification in Microsoft Project or similar software, Minimum Experience and Knowledge: Minimum five years’ experience working in the Construction and Project Management and Facilities Management Industry. Retail Project Management Experience. Experience managing a project delivery team, Excellent Command of English Job-Specific Skills: Understanding the expected rate of implementation of Retail Projects, Good Market Knowledge on Construction and Project Management.
