الوصف الوظيفي
- Lead ticking system and consumer requests
- Oversee and coordinate consumer requests with QC team
- Monitor and control services performance
- Report incidents to service provider and follow up incidents till provider close it.
- Enhance support processes and set internal and external SLA and guarantee the performance is aligned with organization expectations and goals
- Conducting internal training and KT sessions.
- Experienced in dealing with APIs ( resfull / soup)
- Experienced in dealing with DBs queries.
المهارات
- A bachelor's degree in Information technology or relevant field
- years of experience: 3-5
- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Good technical and IT skills.
