We are looking for a Partner Success Manager for our subsidiary company myAlfred LLC which is UAE's leading money saving super-app!

With over 100 partners, and growing daily, myAlfred is expanding rapidly and fast becoming the "go-to" marketplace for savvy shoppers in search of more deals for their dirhams! With savings on a whole host of products and services from food & beverage to fashion & beauty, automotive to medical, and homewares to healthcare, there really is something for everyone in this "one-stop shop".

· Prospecting, sourcing, and qualifying merchant lead.

· Perform end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to going live

· Develop new relationships in an effort to grow the myAlfred partner base and support company expansion

· Maintain existing partnerships

· Think critically when planning to assure project success

· Negotiate contracts and win new clients

· Meet your sales KPIs

· Manage your pipeline & build new pipeline month on month basis

· Oversee onboarding and client documentation

· Conduct mystery shopping

· Train all merchants on the redemption processes.

المهارات

· Up to 2 years of experience Business Development or Sales

· Experience in the promotions, offers or rewards, and recognition industries will be beneficial

· Proven track record hitting sales targets

· Adaptable mindset and curious to learn new skills and tools

– Must have a UAE driver's license and own car

– Should be a Go-getter and enthusiastic

· Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

· Great communication skills and English proficiency

· Focused and goal-oriented.
