Export Sales Executive

Job Overview:

  • The company has been established in Dubai for the past 25 years and is a large manufacturer of all kinds of adhesive tapes, temporary floor protection and packaging items.
  • The Candidate must have at least 3 Years of experience in Export Sales in the field of Adhesive Tapes and Building Materials.
  • Attractive package with commission will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the Gulf, Middle East and African market
  • Studying the product market and prices in the target countries.
  • To plan, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer needs and requirements.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets as per annual objectives.
  • Establish effective relationships with contractors/consultants/dealers in the assigned export market.
  • Negotiate the sale terms
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.
  • Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
  • Ensure achievement of all sales target and analyses all company objectives.
  • Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
  • Boost company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis.
  • Boosting sales prospects through effective utilization of consumer sales, dealer, PR, and business promotion techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 Years of experience in Export Sales in the field of Adhesive Tapes and Building Materials
  • Willing to travel if required
  • Self-confident and outgoing
  • Excellent communicator
  • Persuasive and a good negotiator
  • Business minded
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
  • Build up good business relationships.
  • Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
  • Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
  • Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
  • Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
