Export Sales Executive
Job Overview:
- The company has been established in Dubai for the past 25 years and is a large manufacturer of all kinds of adhesive tapes, temporary floor protection and packaging items.
- The Candidate must have at least 3 Years of experience in Export Sales in the field of Adhesive Tapes and Building Materials.
- Attractive package with commission will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in the Gulf, Middle East and African market
- Studying the product market and prices in the target countries.
- To plan, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer needs and requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets as per annual objectives.
- Establish effective relationships with contractors/consultants/dealers in the assigned export market.
- Negotiate the sale terms
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.
- Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
- Ensure achievement of all sales target and analyses all company objectives.
- Study existing and potential sales prospects through periodic maintenance of meticulously crafted reports and datasheets.
- Boost company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis.
- Boosting sales prospects through effective utilization of consumer sales, dealer, PR, and business promotion techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 Years of experience in Export Sales in the field of Adhesive Tapes and Building Materials
- Willing to travel if required
- Self-confident and outgoing
- Excellent communicator
- Persuasive and a good negotiator
- Business minded
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
- Build up good business relationships.
- Ability to analyze the goal, target customer, and challenges to overcome before planning sales-oriented activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Approaching new and existing customers by following optimum consumer service standards.
- Performance-driven and capable of achieving targets under pressure.
- Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
- Ability to find the right balance between client requirements and company terms, thereby improving profit margins and maintaining fruitful customer relationships.
