We are looking to hire an Employee Relationship Officer to be able to work with our company at the airport and the office.
Role Description:
The Employee Relationship Officer is responsible for Identifying, developing new clients and managing the existing client’s employees. They ensure that the clients get efficient workers to manage business operations. Providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.
- Help in payroll management, preparation and following up on payments.
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
- Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information.
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
- Assist in recruitment, Manpower Supply Staffing and Business Development.
- Excel at multi- tasking in a fast-paced environment, completing projects within time and budget constraints.
- Maintaining proper follow-up with clients.
- Setting up and establishing relationships – with Old & New clients and candidates.
- Extensive experience in team handling and management.
- Designing and delivering Client specific presentations.
- Identify and develop new clients using web based tools, networking and databases.
- Implementing Recruitment policy, procedures in order to select right candidates, Client interaction for the feedback, Handling End-to-End Recruitment.
- Liaisons between all impacted departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices.
- Monitoring attendance on a daily basis.
- Enroll employees in health insurance and distribute cards and forms.
- Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.
- Establish and maintain current Client and potential Client relationships.
Qualifications:
• 0-2 years of experience in customer relations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
