الوصف الوظيفي

We are looking for technical/ customer support representative for our company. All training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Help clients identify problems in the software and assist with troubleshooting
  • Get on teamviewer with clients, and fix their issues
  • Answer client inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and serve as an in-house technical solutions person

Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems
  • Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
  • Must speak and write in perfect English
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software systems as they are introduced into our environment
  • Must be coachable and trustworthy

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Adept in addressing client questions through effective telephonic conversation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A skilled individual, capable of completing assigned tasks and responsibilities in the defined schedule.
  • Excellent computer skills.
