الوصف الوظيفي

• Define business areas with possible improvement opportunities
• Develop project charters.
• Develop mutual understanding among all stakeholders on project objectives and scope.
• Motivate different stakeholders to exert efforts to achieve a common objective
• Defining problems, identifying root causes, designing solutions, and oversee their implementation.
• Create clarity of objectives and what needs to be done at every stage of the project and persuades project stakeholders to move in the right direction
• Plans and conducts information gathering that is necessary to complete analysis or build solutions
• Initiates and participates in discussions to plan project tasks.
• Consistently evaluates progress against project objectives
• Assure that daily tasks are planned to achieve project outcomes.
• Identify project risks and plans mitigation actions accordingly
• Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of possible solutions and provide recommendations
• Define and create agreement on the project outcomes and milestones.

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering .
• Solution focus & entrepreneurial frame of mind
