As an IVR developer you’ll be responsible for development of Cisco CVP, IVR, and Contact Center projects. You’ll be responsible for application development project deliverables on CVP and IVR applications that develop Call Flows which are integrated with internal systems and services, such as, Databases, Web Services, Web Applications, CRM Systems, Ticketing Systems, Billing Systems, etc. You’ll review project requirements and interpret them into development tasks, prepare deliverable estimates, develop or assist with application design, work with other team mates and business groups to architect solutions, and support other developers on the team. As a main part of the system, Databases will need to be queried, and reports will be developed to run on some reporting tools to facilitate Data Analysis and help Business Teams reach their targets. You'll be responsible for documentation of software projects and solutions provided in forms of HLD, LLD, UAT, and other documents. An essential need during and after projects you'll need to provide support services to other teams that use the system in case of an upgrade, change request, issue, or bugs.

• 3+ Years of In-depth Hands-on experience in Java Technologies:
• Core Java 8.

• Full Stack Applications Development.
• 3+ Years of In-depth Experience in Webservices:
• RESTful.

• 3+ Years of Hands-on Experience with Java Frameworks:
• Hibernate/JPA.
• Spring MVC, Spring Boot.
• 3+ Years of Experience in using Frontend technologies:
• HTML5.
• CSS3.
• JavaScript.

• AJAX.
• 3+ In-depth knowledge and Experience in Databases:
• Database Design & Implementation.
• Understanding of Data Management.
• Write Complex Efficient Queries.
• Create Well-designed and Efficient Reports.

• 3+ Years of Hands-on Experience in Cisco Contact Centers:
• Cisco Contact Center Applications Development and Technologies.
• CVP Call Studio Development.
• Cisco Unified CVP Call Flows and Java Applications.
• Cisco Custom Components using Java.
• Integration with Cisco Components.
• CUIC Reporting Tool.
• JTAPI & CTI.
• Cisco Finesse Gadgets Development.
