الوصف الوظيفي
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in dispensing of pharmaceuticals for in-patients and out-patients (Prepare medication to be ready for dispensing).
- Assists in receiving and checking the medicines received from the Pharmacy Store against orders from Pharmacy.
- Displays the above mentioned medicines on their proper shelves and in refrigerators, doing the stock rotation at the same time.
- Maintains levels of dispensing stocks and to check expiry date.
- Participates in pre-packing operation.
- Prepares various pharmaceutical preparations under the direction of Pharmacist.
- Responds to various queries by the prescribers.
- Performs clerical duty in collecting/recording the data for the prescriptions dispensed during the month.
المهارات
- Experience of unit-dose system.
- Good command of written and spoken English (and Arabic if possible).
- Interest in computers.
