Job Title : Marketing Executive :

Function / Department : MARCOM

Location : Riyadh / Jeddah ( KSA)

3. POSITION OVERVIEW : Co-ordination between RAK CERAMICS KSA and RAK CERAMIC HQ

4. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive support across marketing activities carried in RAK KSA.

Close working relationship with Events & Partnerships team, Brand team and Digital Marketing team.

Assist in strategies for key titles, helping to seek input into plans from within the business and all global functions and territories.

Work with, advice and support the regional functions on all Global Trade Marketing requirements ensuring the sharing of best practice, clear frameworks are respected.

Provide complete information to RAK CERAMICS HQ related to Local Market as and when asked for the same.

To ensure the correct delivery of assets, adherence to brand guidelines, understanding and championing the relevant brand(s), attending meetings.

Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, execution and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities.

To contribute to the organization and smooth running of trade events, undertaking a range of event facilitation. Assisting in planning to execution, liaising with sales teams, customers, and venue contacts etc.

Prepare presentations & reports on the performance of campaigns, promotions, Trade Fairs, Budgets etc.

General administrative support to the Trade Marketing team in KSA and HQ including the delivery of trails and marketing assets, the organizing of couriers, maintenance of filing systems, management of travel arrangements and logging of leave etc.
