الوصف الوظيفي
- Openings and amendments of Letter of Credits.
- Maintain and update the LC status records regularly.
- Process Supplier invoices related to LCs.
- Process LC Payments and related bank commission transactions.
- Process the LC refinance transactions.
- Responsible for shipment clearance from customs by liaising with the customs clearance agent.
- Suppliers Bank Guarantees Handling (Expiry, renewals).
- Recording fixed assets and running monthly deprecations in the ERP.
- Process various project insurances and their renewal.
- Process monthly bank reconciliations.
المهارات
- Cash management skills
- Computer knowledge – good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Spreadsheet
- Previous experience in the same field.
