Role Responsibilities:

•practice areas to support strategic discussion and direction in evolving the service catalog, self-service capabilities, CMDB, asset, incident, problem, change, service level, knowledge, and request management design, workflow, implementation, and overall best practice

•Participating in all build/configuration, testing, and implementation activities, as well as analysis and troubleshooting to meet the specifications of a project or service request

•Develop and maintain reporting and dashboard development for users

•Perform daily administration, troubleshooting, and resolution of any issues arising in the ServiceNow environment

•Plan the platform patching, upgrades & maintenance with ServiceNow opening proper requests and internal change requests.

•Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical blueprint of the ServiceNow services, creating solution options that align IT services with business missions, goals, and objectives with consideration of both technical and non-technical implications and trade-offs

•Evaluate ServiceNow platform performance, isolate and debug software problems, and make recommendations for problem resolution

•Manages technical governance processes including working with stakeholders to establish delivery operating model governance to ensure successful go-lives, end-user adoption, and on-going support that align with ServiceNow out of the box capabilities

•Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis using agile methodologies

•Consults with the customer on new modules purchase, license requirements, and all components related to ServiceNow agreement renewals

المهارات

Qualifications:

•5 years’ experience with ServiceNow

•Preferred Certified in ServiceNow System Administrator

•Experience with application upgrades, security patching

•Intermediate level knowledge in ITIL
