Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
o Increase property inventory stock and maintain an extensive database of all properties for sale or rent
o Achieve sales targets/KPIs
o Stay up to date with the latest property market
o Network building and ensuring a professional relationship with prospective clients
o Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns
o Conduct negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients.
o Communicating with the admin to prepare sale and lease documents
o Ensuring all inquiries are attended to within a short span of time
o Following up with clients on a regular basis
o Updating records on the CRM regularly and accurately
o Follow the company’s policy and procedure for each internal and external transaction
