- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming inquiries and issues relating to computer systems, software and hardware
- Write training manuals
- Computer user training
- Maintain daily performance of computer systems
- Respond to emails of customers requesting assistance
- Guide the client through the problem-solving process
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
- Solve technical problems related to local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other systems
- Install computer accessories for users
- Follow up with customers to ensure that the problem is resolved
- Get feedback from customers about using the computer
- Run reports to identify crashes that continue to occur
