الوصف الوظيفي
FUNCTION:
- Responsible for the development and support of business system applications.
- Provide operational and user support for business system applications.
PRIMARY TASKS:
- Provides comprehensive level of assistance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Troubleshoots day-to-day user issues. Gathers and analyzes data, provides possible solutions, works with vendors to resolve problems.
- Diagnosing, isolating and implementing remedies for system failures caused by errors in application code.
- Engage in developing new software or modifying the university’s existing software.
- Ensures that programming and enhancements is completed according to technology standards.
- Provide technical assistance to project teams and undertake technical project roles when required.
- Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously, and follow-up on issues in a timely manner.
- Follow the university rules and regulations.
- Undertake other duties as required by the Manager.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
- 3 years of related experience in relevant field.
- Highly developed organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, unsupervised, and as a member of a team.
