المهارات
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science, or Electronics Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in ICT budget, procurement, and contracts in an enterprise level environment.
- Managing end-to-end departmental budget planning, governance activities, monitoring ICT CAPEX & OPEX related to projects, contracts, and services.
- Responsible to establish governance of all ICT tender’s SoW and contracts.
- Monitor ICT contracts and licensing, proactively provide notifications to facilitate renewals of contracts related to projects and services.
- Proven success in planning of a similarly complex ICT budget, procurement, and contracts
- Strong understanding of budget governance principles and various ICT contracts and technical writing skills.
