الوصف الوظيفي
- Handle and manager all the HR matters including recruiting, employment packages, organizational strategy, personal KPIs and appraisals, trainings and other HR rules and policies etc.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources or related field
- Three or more years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
- Familiarity with HR software
