Telesales is not just cold calling and its the act of selling a product or service via telephone .

المهارات

REQUIREMENTS:

• Multilingual: Preferably Arabic, French, Russian, English.
• 1-2 years and above experienced exclusively in mandatory experience on the domains – Real estate, brokerage, client cold calling.
• Exposure on Lead Generation, Data Collection and Call transfer would be an added advantage.
• Cold calling experience with sales and customer support background.
• Hands on experience using a dialer software.
• Willing to work on a fast paced and a dynamic environment.
• Good Listening and Observation skills are required.

• Experience: 1-2 years (preferably)
