SAP HCM/ SuccessFactors Project Manager will be responsible for design, development, operational & technical deployment and business leadership for SAP SuccessFactors and support of other organizational applications could be integrated with it. Additionally, required to provide consultancy services to all business and support functions – guiding them on the capabilities of technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for Pace and drive strategic business growth.
- Collaborate with business partners in identifying opportunities to streamline their operations with HCM solutions and other industry Projects management applications for integrity.
- Design integration solutions for backend services and HCM applications
- Produce data conversion and testing strategies
- Work with the project stakeholders to understand the business outcomes and strategy so that recommended solution options provide the best fit against requirements and budget.
- Manage complex projects working closely with the business functions and consistently deliver application projects with a high level of quality and functionality that meets the end user's requirements.
- Lead and manage HCM implementation project with 3rd party vendors in the design, build and deployment of business capabilities/projects by leveraging an in-depth understanding of the best practices – business processes, data and solution capabilities.
- Provide day-to-day operational oversight to the applications support teams.
- Coordinate with other IT functions to perform analysis and design of applications and systems.
- Manage outsourced work, consultants and other internal/external vendors and relationships.

- Understand the business processes and business strategy for all business areas and have solid experience with implementing and delivering SAP SuccessFactors involving all levels of Business department, IT and HR resources that will include: Employee Central (Core HR, Time Off and Payroll), Goal Management / Performance Management / Calibration, Workforce Analytics – Reporting, Recruiting ,Talent Management, Succession and Development and People Analytics
- Understand technology trends and best practices for value creation.
