Job Description:
- Connecting with teams by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales information
- Assisting Sales team in Compiling monthly sales reports.
- Assisting in Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
المهارات
Sales Administrator Requirements:
- An associate’s or bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word , excel and powerpoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multinational culture
