Quality and Information Security Management Senior Officer/ Specialist/ Team leader
The Quality and Information Security Management Senior Officer/ Specialist/ Team Leader is responsible for the implementation and monitoring of all Quality and Information security management systems components and initiating enhancement programs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of systems and processes. Also, contributes to risk assessments and internal audits (quality and ISMS-related audits) to ensure that the internal processes are complying with applicable standards regulations, and guidance (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI) and to minimize hazards and risks as much as possible. And handle client requests related to information security and quality management systems.
Responsibilities:
1. Understand, implement and follow up on ISO 9001, ISO 27001, PCI standards controls, and GDPR regulation controls.
2. Understand, implement and follow up on all extensya policies, procedures, and SLAs.
3. Understand and participate in performing risk assessment activities.
4. Participate in developing and implementing the internal audit procedure including:
· Prepare audit plans
· Conduct audits on specific areas
· Follow up on finding fixation and ensure finding closure
· Prepare audit reports
5. Determines Quality and security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits and checks on internal controls and preparing reports.
6. Prepare reports and presentations regarding Quality and information security systems to the direct manager, head of the department, and chairman.
7. Prepare and conduct information security and quality awareness session programs.
8. Participate in creating quality and information security management systems policies, procedures, standards, SLAs, OLAs, and alerts.
9. Prepare quality and security documentation including security procedures, standards, notifications, and alerts.
10. Handle client requests related to information security and quality management systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (BSC) degree in IT, security or other Engineering
- Senior: 1-4 years of experience in IT or Security
