Key Accounts Manager / Sales executive
Capable of handling Portfolio of Clients and to retaining them.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying the addressable market based on the analysis of the historical data and constant evaluation of the market.
- Developing trust relationships with clients and to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Ensuring to have a solution-oriented sales pitch towards client.
- Ensuring the execution of the project as per client’s requirement and taking complete responsibility on customer satisfaction.
- Enhancing the database of Client portfolios by keeping a close eye in the market.
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Monitoring pre- sales and the closure phase of the project.
- Contributing with the Sales & Product Manager in setting the annual sales forecasting plan.
- Strategically deciding on correct product, service and solution mix and foresees future client demand.
- Communicating with the project managers to ensure proper delivery of the required services.
- Liaising and supporting all client communications and conflict resolution.
- Maintaining high level of client satisfaction and regularly checking client feedback regarding services delivered and new services required.
- Achieving operational excellence and cost optimization across the department.
- Providing performance and status reporting to the Line Manager to enable informed decision making and responsiveness.
- Undertaking other related duties assigned by his direct manager
- Positively represents the organization and reflects its mission, values and strategy both internally and externally.
- Performs other related duties assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Should hold a Bachelor’s degree. With 5+ years of industrial experience.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intellectual, social, Introvert with people management skills.
Experienced and possesses good furniture/fit-out knowledge
