Commercial Manager – Jordan

Bidfood Middle East is looking to hire a commercial manager for its existing business in Amman, Jordan.

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading the entire organization including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Supply Chain.

The main responsibilities of the commercial manager will be to:

  1. Design and implement the long-term strategies of the business.
  2. Manage a multifunctional team across all the value chain.
  3. Grow the portfolio of brands.
  4. Manage all the financials of the business including revenue, profitability, OPEX, CAPEX investments, working capital, and cash flow.
  5. Manage partnerships with all stakeholders including brands, banks, logistics providers, government entities.
  6. Liaise closely with the regional Bidfood team on all operational decisions.
  7. Lead the digital transformation of the business.
  8. Must have a HORECA experience.

The ideal candidate should have:

  1. Excellent leadership skills.
  2. At least 5 years in a senior managerial position.
  3. At least 5 years' experience in Foodservice distribution companies in Jordan.
  4. Strong financial knowledge.
  5. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and digital integration processes.
