Our client is hiring an experienced Pharmacy Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire operations of the pharmacy department.

Your main tasks:

Oversees the operations of the pharmacy department;
Make sure that customers are prescribed the correct medicine;
Ensure the pharmacy complies with federal and state regulations;
Communicate effectively with customers relating to queries and issues;
Ensure staff provide high standards of customer service to customers;
Extensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals and drugs to treat ailments;
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires;
Train staff in prioritizing customer orders and delivering them efficiently;
Instruct staff to interact professionally and courteously to customers at all times;

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelor of Pharmacy is mandatory,
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) added advantage; ·
5+ years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified;
Proven experience working in a managerial role in a hospital pharmacy required
Valid MOH license.
