BoomTree Adventure Playgrounds has been operating since 2016 and have installed 1000+ residential and commercial playgrounds across the UAE.
We are based in Jebel Ali Industrial Area First operating with a small team out of our 6,000sqft workshop.
We are looking for a new Operations Manager effective immediately. Working closely with our Sales Manager, the role covers all operational aspects of the business, including:
- Stock management
- Installation & maintenance scheduling
- Local supplier coordination
- Operational team staffing
- Being an active member of the build and installation team
- Coordinating installations and service visits with customers
- Managing customer expectations
المهارات
The right candidate should have the following skills:
- Experience of managing a technical/installation team
- Carpentry & structural design
- Knowledge of the UAE market – parts suppliers, transportation, relevant service providers
- Access to potential temporary carpentry staff & team recruits
- Excellent spoken & written English a must
- Excellent organizational skills
- Driving licence preferable
