HR Manager – Fintech

A leading data analytics company in the online debt collections sector, considered a progressive fintech that uses AI & ML enhance customer reach, engagement, and interactions, are looking for a HR Manager.

This a hands-on operational role, they need a dynamic HR professional to work with the management team managing HR operations in the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide local UAE and specifically DIFC insight to corporate guidelines and procedures
  • Manage the administration and implementation in relation to employee training and development programmes, salary structure, recognition, and compensation and benefit plans.
  • Ensure compliance of the company’s practices with UAE & DIFC labour legislation and collective labour agreements.
  • Provide advice to managers
  • Secure professional legal support from external legal counsel as required
  • Assist in articulation of the values and culture of the organisation
  • Work with managers to identify human resources problems/issues and provides leadership and support in finding solutions.
  • Manage the recruitment, development of new hires as required
  • Oversee and ensure the effective running of the local payroll
  • Oversee and ensure appropriate health care services for the company
  • Work together with the senior management team to implement group policies and processes at local level.

المهارات

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with major in Human Resources Management or any related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years' solid HR experience preferably in Fintech / Banking / Technology industry
  • Strong Experience in UAE labor law and DIFC freezone requirements
  • Proven track record on training program design and competency model setup
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with flexible and positive working attitudes
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills as well as proficiency in both written and spoken English, any other european language will be added advantage
  • Able to travel as required to Europe and other parts of the world if needed
