We are looking for an Admin and Accounting executive to assist us with daily tasks, such as invoicing, data entry, etc., and add value to the business.
The ideal candidate should, in addition to the below, have strong analytical and critical skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
– Create sales invoices and quotes
– File and control invoice
– Inventory entry and barcoding
– Track payables and receivables
– Perform daily reconciliation
– Controlling orders from multiple channels
Secondary Responsibilities:
– Assist customers when needed
Requirements:
– At least 2 years experience in a similar role
– Bachelor's Degree in a field that adds value to this role
– Aware of accounting best practices and up to date with current developments
– Highly proficient with MS Excel and MS Word
– Fluent in English – reading, writing, and speaking
