  • Maintain clear and concise telephonic communication to handle inquiries by portraying high professional standards.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors and direct them to intended departments.
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Prioritizing workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
  • Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
  • Logging or processing bills or expenses

المهارات

  • Should have good Speaking skills in Arabic and English
  • Saudi Nationality, leaves in Jeddah.
  • Contract is project base.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Almost 3 years experience in the related field
