الوصف الوظيفي

  • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and secure process and system support to deliver according to targets.
  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information while recommending further courses of action.
  • Analyse volume, revenue, costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Complete monthly and year-end procedures including year-end postings and year-end reports.
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
  • Develop the Finance & Accounting Department strategy aligned with Business Line strategy to ensure vertical and horizontal integration with other interfacing initiatives and departments across.
  • Develop department policies, processes and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled.
  • Design and implement financial forecast and budgets to enable the development and implementation of the business strategy and business objectives.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and successfully integrates business needs with available opportunities creating a competitive edge in the market.
  • . Prepare long-term financial projections. Performs financial analysis to enable/support definition of business concept, long-term vision and develop business strategy.
  • Appraise the organization's financial position and issues periodic reports on organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth, and analyses change and conducts risk assessment.
  • Participate as an integral part of management in strategy development, financial planning, resource and capacity planning and supports decision making process for top management through providing visibility & financial implications of various projects.
  • Evaluate strategic initiatives to achieve organization long-term business strategy and objectives.
  • Monitor expenses for operations, ensuring expenditure control and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain an ongoing awareness of statutory and legal requirements and ensures that these are communicated to all relevant Holoul ’s employees so that the company fulfils its statutory and legal requirements.
  • Maintain an awareness of best practice techniques and tools in an area of financial management and related IT technologies so that the department optimises efficiency and levels of service to internal customers.
  • Coordinate completion of internal and annual statutory audits as per agreed schedules so that Holoul meets its statutory obligations and financial risk is minimized.
  • Prepare and recommend the development of Finance & Accounting budget, and monitors financial performance versus the budget to ensure alignment.
  • Review all department reports for accuracy in order to ensure that they conform with Company and department requirements, policies and standards.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • All Banking relations.
  • Prepare Financial modelling & Planning of the business model.

  • Experience of costing in industrial. Preferably who has an experience in recycling sector / precious commodity international and/or local market.
  • Analytical and highly numerate.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, reading and writing.
  • Member of SOCPA.
  • Financial Modelling skills.
