الوصف الوظيفي
1. Target Planning: Achieve agreed individual performance targets for income generation, product sales and new client growth targets
2. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction with all products/services offered by The Bank
3. Business Development: Coordinate when needed with product specialists in different businesses (e.g. CBD, Treasury) to push for products
4. Exercise Organization: Conduct KYC exercise
5. Sales: Deliver sales of products and services. Prepare sales plans in order to meet established targets. Ensure that relevant products are sold to customers based on customer risk profiles
6. Enquiry Management: Respond to client enquiries and request Clients Management: approach new clients by offering new products, services and providing continuous customer service

Education·
Bachelor’s Degree in banking relevant discipline (or equivalent experience·
Professional banking qualifications.
(Kuwaiti National)Knowledge·
Understanding of Retail Banking products and services
Knowledge of Retail Banking practice and processesExperience:·
Minimum 5 years banking sector experience ·
Minimum Experience 3 years in Affluent Banking, or in supporting relationship management.
Successful record of supporting major high worth clients
