Altibbi is the first and largest platform in the Arab region that offers telemedicine consultation services, allowing patients to connect directly with doctors via audio calls and chats.
Scope:
The role of the clinical operations officer is to monitor the daily operations and activities of the CDM program. S/he will be responsible for monitoring the quality of the service provided through different quantitative and qualitative indicators. S/he will be responsible for ensuring that activities are conducted effectively. The clinical operations officer will also be responsible for monitoring the different stages of the CDM program and ensuring that each stage is implemented effectively. This includes leading on monitoring different indicators over a period of time and taking actions accordingly.
Clinical operations officers will be responsible for communicating with different stakeholders and medical providers regularly.
Tasks and responsibilities:
– Track operational processes and KPIs toward maintaining flawless flow.
– Work on strengthening the reporting system mechanism and identify different dashboards for detecting errors.
– Analyzing and maintaining operational data, and monitoring KPIs.
– Monitoring adherence to risk and incident policies and processes throughout the company.
– Follow up on incident and risk management processes and escalate incidents when needed.
– Participate in developing different quality assurance management plans.
– Establish effective communication with different teams to improve incident reporting processes and ensure transparency.
– Monitor the follow-up plan of the CDM project and maintain the quality level of counseling sessions provided.
– collaborate with other operations team member in other data analysis tasks required for developing reports and indenting errors
– Collaborate in building and monitoring the evaluation process of the doctors working with Altibbi.
Clinical operations officer requirements:
– A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or clinical pharmacy.
– Previous experience in management or health project auditing.
– Extensive experience in operations management.
– Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
– CPHQ, Six Sigma, or any other quality certification is a plus.
– Extensive experience in using MS Excel or any other database management applications.
– A postgraduate degree in public health or any other health-related management degree is a plus.
