Established in 2002, the Company has grown into a conglomerate of business verticals, from bespoke Crystal Manufacturing, Merchandise development and supply, and eventually into a one-stop hub for Additive Manufacturing and innovative 3D printing solutions throughout the GCC.

Since 2014, the Company has been developing the emerging Additive Manufacturing demand in the UAE, which in a short amount of time, has grown significantly and strengthened its network throughout the region with its sister office in KSA and distribution channels across Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

As a founding member of the UAE's 3D Printing Strategic Alliance, we are excited to offer the opportunity to suitable Sales Executives, with experience in the 3D Printing industry, to focus on sales and deliver significant growth within key markets and sectors in both the UAE and wider GCC.

Responsibilities;

  • Acting as the system administrator for the 3D printing maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Ensuring the timely and efficient handling of all raised concerns
  • Delivering 3D printing service jobs on project basis/samples a manner of meet relevant quality standards
  • Analysing results of the printed files and improving the production process.
  • Post-processing including but not limited to machining, and cleaning 3D printed parts.
  • Managing printer resource training and maintenance contracts
  • Managing production inventory and supply inputs.
  • Being in charge of equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
  • Working with the organization to support experimental and new product development.
  • Working with a diverse team of staff and managers to bring the most suitable solution for the customer
  • Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solutions to customers' concerns.
  • Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
  • Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
  • Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
  • Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment.
  • Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
  • Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
  • Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
  • Conducting research and attending workshops to remain abreast of industry developments.
  • Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.

المهارات

Experience Required

  • Should have experience in all aspects of 3D printing technologies and relevant software domains
  • Minimum 3yrs technical 3D printing maintenance and usage experience

· Previous experience with Ultimaker will be an added advantage

  • Bachelors in Engineering

· Ability to work on multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner

  • Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
  • The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
  • The ability to remain professional under pressure.
  • Superb work ethic and a growth mindset.

Skills:

  • 3D Engineering.
  • 3D CAD: Designing, repairing, modifying 3D CAD data.
  • Assembling, painting, sanding, enhancing a 3D model.
  • Managing multiple materials, shipments, machines, orders, etc.
  • Calibrating, repairing, and testing 3D printers.
  • Material Handling.
  • Parts Measuring.
  • Soft Skills: Logical thinking, problem-solving
