Seeking female Telecaller professionals (ONLY) to join our team. Required Experience in the real estate industry of at least 1-2 years. Should have great English communication abilities. Any other language will be extra advantage.

Duties:

 Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow up calls or cold calls.

 Ability to convince clients with good knowledge of overall UAE, Real Estate Market

 Assist and support a team of real estate agents in capturing new business

 Calling to property owners to avail updated listings for sales and leasing

 Analyze and investigating price, demand, and competition. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies. Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.

 Sourcing and collaborating with other agencies/property management companies to receive regular listings of properties and advertising them through our portals

 Perform other duties as assigned Requirements

 Must be good in written and communication skills

 Preparing real estate forms and documents (if needed)

 Maintain and manage client’s database with details of deals, contract, and payments
