Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Education and Licensure:

  • Minimum (Bachelor) in HR Management, Business Administration or related field from accredited University or College.
  • Preferred: Masters' degree in Human Resources management or any related fields from accredited University or College.
  • Current human resources certification such as SHRM Certified Professional or CIPD.

Experience:

  • Mandatory: Minimum of (5) Years' in Human Resources, 3 of them in Supervisory position.
  • Preferably working in hospital in Talent Acquisition section.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Familiarize with important reference material, such as: Saudi Labor Law, Governmental Rules and Regulation, Hospital Policy & Procedures, Employee Contract and G.O.S.I Benefit System.
  • Manpower planning practices and procedures.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Microsoft office skills proficiency such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, will be used by Recruitment Managers on a regular basis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Job Interviewing Skills.
  • Team Management and leadership skills.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Social Media Knowledge.
  • Training Skills.
