What do Social Media Community Executives do?

The Social Media Community Executives will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the social media communities across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn as well as emerging platforms.

What You’ll Do?

· You will bring our client's brands to life by connecting with our client customers and building content that resonates with them.

· Brainstorm and devise unique social media strategies with little to no direction to build brand relevance.

· Digging into dashboards and fishing out insights that help unravel our audience should be second nature.

· Setting up benchmarks and monitoring social media campaigns.

· Our calendar needs a wardrobe upgrade. You’ll own that effort.

· Influencing us with your ideas is just the first step. You also need to identify influencers to grow reach and build a network of advocates for the clients.

· Track our client's brand reputation online by listening, monitoring, and jumping in to manage our rep.

· Ensure all content/ concepts across channels are on brand and adhere to brand guidelines and tonality

· Sharing monthly and quarterly reports alongside the line manager

· Social listening to trends and participate

· Create, build, and manage paid ads and reports

· Will be aligned with an account executive, designer & project manager to work as teamwork via a project management system to track all companies’ activities and complete assigned tasks.

Requirements:

1. The applicant must be a Saudi national.
2. The applicant should not be a student (according to the data of the Ministry of Education).
3. she should not be a government employee or a retired government or private sector employer.
4. Completion of support for previous support programs did not complete 24 months and did not exceed 3 support times. Those who were supported in training support programs related to employment are not supported. Jobs in the programs (incentive, promotion, professional certificates etc..) from the support in the program.
5. Multitasker
6. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal skills
7. Strong sense of ownership and commitment to assigned tasks.
8. Able to work independently and demonstrate good teamwork.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing, Management, Public relation or a relevant field.

1 to 2 years of Community Executive work experience in KSA, (preferable for agency field experience)
