الوصف الوظيفي

  • Assist Contract Manager on day-to-days tasks.
  • Assist in the Preparation monthly project reports and make presentations at meetings
  • Support the preparation of claims, manage contractual changes with Employer, Sub- Contractors, Suppliers etc.
  • Review Design Consultants Sub-Contractors and Suppliers claims for EOT and financial compensation and ensure compliance with the relevant Agreements.
  • Maintain Sub-Contractors Claim Register.
  • Liaise and coordinate with Technical Department to capture all changes introduced through approval stage of Design, IFC Drawings and Materials submittal and such maintain Logs.
  • Preparing responses to Design Consultants Sub-Contractors and Suppliers incoming letters
  • Notifying Design Consultant, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers of delays / lack of performance.
  • Evaluate quantum aspect of all claims.
  • Ensure project members use the contract, and Agreement entered with Designer, Sub-Contractors and Supplier correctly applied and provide advise whenever necessary.
  • Review and propose amendments to Design Consultant/ Sub-Contract/ Suppliers draft Agreements.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure deadlines and requirements of the contract are met
  • Monitoring and advising on compliance with contractual obligations, including revisions to existing agreements.

المهارات

  • Design & Build Projects of SAR 1 billion value and above.
  • Fundamental knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, standards, and equipment.
  • Delay Analysis principles, methodology and evaluation of quantum.
  • Ability to read, analyse and interpret contract documents, commercial reports, and technical documents.
  • Ability to apply arithmetic concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to real scenarios
  • Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures.
  • Proficiency in common office applications.
  • Time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills – English.
  • BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is desirable.
  • MRICS or MCIArb or MCInstCES of Accredited Construction Professional Bodies
